Dr. Carroll Cradock, psychologist and mediator, provides counseling to adults, children, adolescents, and families as well as consultation and mediation services.  Her commitment to helping people face challenges shines through her clients’ lives, which substantially improve in quality, health, work, relationships, and their ability to not just cope, but thrive.

Dr. Cradock serves as Lead in Doctoral Training at Claret Center. For many years, she served as a psychologist and in senior leadership positions at Ravenswood Hospital Community Mental Health Center and at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.  In 2007, she was recognized by the Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago as a Hero in the Fight, and she served on the Illinois Psychological Association Council and the Michael Reese Health Trust Quality Healthcare Roundtable. Dr. Cradock, Ph.D. is a volunteer consultant at Villa La Paz Home for Sick Children in Chaclacayo, Peru and served as the President of the Chicago Campus of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  For 10 years, she provided training and supervision to graduate psychology practicum students at El Circulo/The Circle in the Brighton Park area of Chicago. Her commitment has always been to Chicago area residents and Chicago families as she has helped them navigate through personal and family storms to safe landings where they can thrive.
