Dr. Carroll Cradock, psychologist and mediator, provides counseling to adults, children, adolescents, and families as well as consultation and mediation services.  With a wide range of expertise, she specializes in all areas of mental health, including individual and family counseling, consultation, program development, organizational evaluation and improvement, coaching, teaching, and public policy. Her commitment to helping people face challenges shines through her clients’ lives, which substantially improve in terms of quality, health, work, relationships, and their ability to not just cope, but thrive.

For many years, she served as a psychologist and in senior leadership at Ravenswood Hospital Community Mental Health Center and at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. In 2007, she was recognized by the Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago as a Hero in the Fight, and she – served on the Illinois Psychological Association Council and the Michael Reese Health Trust Quality Healthcare Roundtable. Dr. Carroll Cradock, Ph.D. is a volunteer consultant at Villa La Paz Home for Sick Children in Chaclacayo, Peru and served as the President of the Chicago Campus of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (where she currently teaches).  Her passions are evident in Chicago as she has helped many families in the area navigate through the many storms  to a safe landing in a better place.
